This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our website https://www.novuscompliance.com (the "Site"), and any related services, sales, marketing, or events (collectively, the "Services").

Client Data (Financial Information) In the course of using our Services (specifically for FATCA/CRS reporting), you may upload data regarding financial accounts, tax identification numbers, and entity details ("Client Data"). We process this data strictly for the purpose of generating the required XML reports.

Information automatically collected Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process.

  • To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user: specifically generating FATCA and CRS XML reports.

  • To send administrative information to you: such as product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

  • To protect our Services: We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure (e.g., for fraud monitoring and prevention).

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We strictly do not sell your data. We may share information only in the following specific situations:

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

Data Retention & Deletion Policy for Financial Data We adhere to a strict data minimization policy regarding the financial data you upload for reporting purposes. We automatically delete/remove all uploaded client financial data and generated reports from our servers 30 days after the official filing deadline for the respective financial year.

  • Example: If the filing deadline is May 31st, all data related to that filing will be purged from our systems by June 30th.

  • We retain only your basic account information (Name, Email, Billing History) to maintain your account for future renewals.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Based on the applicable laws of your country (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act in India), you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please submit a request to contact@novuscompliance.com.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
